Ingredients:
4 Eggs, slightly beaten

Method:
In a large bowl mix eggs, oil and cold water. Add matzoh meal, salt, pepper and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Bring water and salt to boil into a 4-quart pot. Lower the flame
Wet the palms of your hand and form mixture into balls. Drop into simmering water. Cover the pot and allow to cook for 30 minutes. Be sure to keep the cover on the pot during the entire cooking time and also for 10 minutes after while the pot cools

Pita Bread
Ingredients:
1/2 Cups Warm Water
2 Packages Dry Yeast
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
6 Cups Flour
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Teaspoons salt
2 Cups Apple Juice
Method:
Combine 1/2 warm water with yeast and sugar. Stir until yeast dissolves and begins to foam. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Sift flour into a large mixing bowl and add oil,salt and the apple juice and stir. Add yeast mixture and mix thoroughly.
Turn dough onto floured board and knead for about 12 minutes until the dough is smooth and not sticky. Oil a bowl and place dough inside it in order to rise, turn to coat with oil.
Cover and let rise in a warm location until dough doubles in size, just over 2 hours. Punch and knead for 3 minutes. Roll and stretch dough into a thick tube shape about 15 inches long and 3 inches wide.
Cut roll into 14 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Pat each ball into a circle. Place circles on baking sheets and let stand about 1 hour to rise.
Preheat over to 500(260C)
Place baking sheets on lower shelf of oven. Bake for 4-5 minutes until slightly brown. Don't over bake
This is a mezonos recipe so if you want to make them into hamotzi substitue 2 cups of warm water for the 2 cups of apple juice.

Remove stalks from spinach and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss lightly until the leaves are well coevered with oil.

80 ml butter or margarine, at room temperature
250 ml castor sugar
2 eggs
450 ml self-raising flour
salt
125 ml milk
grated rind of one lemon
Syrup:
juice of 2 lemons

Beat the butter, castor sugar, and eggs. Add the flour, salt, milk and rind. Put the mixture into a loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Syrup:
mix the castor sugar and lemon juice together. When the loaf comes out, prick it with a fork and pour the syrup over.

Japanese Steak Salad
Salad:
Sushi rice
4 chicken shnitzels
2 carrots cut into julienne strips
1 English cucumber, cut into strips
2 avocado pears cubed
1/4 cup black sesame seeds toasted
1/4 cup white sesame seeds toasted
2/3 cup chopped spring onion
Steak Marinade:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, chopped
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Dressing:
1 cup oil
1/3 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon wasabi powder
Method:
Wash and dry steak. Add all ingredients for marinade in processor. Process and place steak into marinade. Leave in fridge overnight. Place all dressing ingredients into processor and process. Refrigerate till needed.
Heat heavy cast iron pan. Char-grill steak till cooked according to your desire. Slice steak diagonally into strips.
Cover with foil to keep warm. Place thin layer of slice on serving platter. Top with salad and drizzle dressing over it.

handful of fresh coriander
handful fresh flat leaf parsley
good shake of crushed chilli flakes
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 cup horseradish sauce
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Method:
Add chopped vegetables to rice, Make dressing. Put on dressing just before serving. Add salt according to taste. You can use wasabi instead of horseradish sauce.

1 tin tomato and onion mix(or you can dice them yourself)

Place the dough on a greased pizza dish. Add tin of tomato and onion mix. Spice with salt, garlic flakes and origanum. Top with grated cheese and topping of your choice such as tomato,mushrooms,olives,pineapple etc..
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.

1 cup of cornflake crumbs
1/4 tsp paprika
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder

Dip chicken in egg and cornflake crumbs. Place in pan sprayed with olive oil. Bake for 30 min at 200C. Turn chicken over. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Continue baking until ready, basting regularly.

Dissolve jelly in the boiling water, add the cold water and refridgerate until the jelly just begins to set. Beat the orley whip until thick, add the castor sugar slowly. Beat the jelly till foamy, while beating add the jelly to the orley whip mixture. Wash the strawberries and reserve a few for decoration. Cut the strawberries into quarters and fold into the mousse.Spoon gently into a glass bowl, and refridgerate for one hour. Decorate with remaing strawberries and chocolate leaves(if you have)

Perfect Morning Coffee with a twist
Tired of the same cup of coffee day after day when the taste doesn't even "excite" you as coffee used to? If yes, then try out this simple cup of coffee recipe
Add your usual amount of coffee and sugar to the coffee.
Take a small drop of vanilla essence and pour into the coffee and sugar and place a small bit of boiling water inside. Give a good stir. Then add the rest of the water and place a cinnamon stick inside the coffee for about 2 minutes. Then add your milk and you ready to start the day like you should.
If you have cream, add a drop of cream to the top of the coffee and then sprinkle a little chocoa/hot chocolate powder over the cream.

Tuna Pasta
This is a nice & simple pasta recipe:
Firstly: Place some pasta on a pot and bring to oil. Add a little bit of Olive Oil and a pinch of salt inside the pot. For the pasta, I would suggest you use pasta shells as they allow you to enjoy the taste more. Cook enough pasta for 4-5 people.
Ingredients:
1/3 Yellow Pepper- diced into small pieces
1 medium/large tomato to be diced
1 small onion
3/4 mushrooms to be chopped
5/6 Olives- Black but any will do, chop into quarters and throw away the pip.
1 Tablespoon of Chutney(any type)
1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
1/3 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon origanum
A small piece of parsley for Decoration
1 can of Tuna in salt water(not the oily ones) or 190 grams of tuna
Directions:
Place a frying pan on the stove set to medium/high and place a tiny bit of Olive Oil(to prevent the mixture sticking).
Then place the yellow pepper,mushrooms and onions in the frying pan and allow to simmer for 3/4 minutes.
Then place the tomato,olives and tuna in the frying pan and allow the mixture to cook for a further 2 minutes.
Then place the salt,origanum,chutney,mayonnaise and pieces of cheese into the frying pan and mix around. Allow this mixture to cook for 1/2 minutes to heat up the sauce and melt the cheese.
Then place some of the tuna over the pasta and your ready to serve an amazing tuna pasta.
If you want something new and exciting or want to "spice it up" a little place some chilli or Peri Peri sauce in the tuna. Also add Pineapple for a sweeter taste
