Tuna Pasta

This is a nice & simple pasta recipe:

Firstly: Place some pasta on a pot and bring to oil. Add a little bit of Olive Oil and a pinch of salt inside the pot. For the pasta, I would suggest you use pasta shells as they allow you to enjoy the taste more. Cook enough pasta for 4-5 people.

Ingredients:

1/3 Yellow Pepper- diced into small pieces
1 medium/large tomato to be diced
1 small onion
3/4 mushrooms to be chopped
5/6 Olives- Black but any will do, chop into quarters and throw away the pip.
1 Tablespoon of Chutney(any type)
1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
1/3 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon origanum
A small piece of parsley for Decoration
1 can of Tuna in salt water(not the oily ones) or 190 grams of tuna

Directions:

Place a frying pan on the stove set to medium/high and place a tiny bit of Olive Oil(to prevent the mixture sticking).
Then place the yellow pepper, mushrooms and onions in the frying pan and allow to simmer for 3/4 minutes.
Then place the tomato, olives and tuna in the frying pan and allow the mixture to cook for a further 2 minutes.
Then place the salt, origanum, chutney, mayonnaise and pieces of cheese into the frying pan and mix around. Allow this mixture to cook for 1/2 minutes to heat up the sauce and melt the cheese.

Then place some of the tuna over the pasta and your ready to serve an amazing tuna pasta.
If you want something new and exciting or want to "spice it up" a little place some chilli or Peri Peri sauce in the tuna. Also add Pineapple for a sweeter taste

Serves 4-5 people
